Online Client Portal
The Caltec website enables clients to have online access to calibration records and visit histories 24/7. Clients are able to login using a secure password to view and print their current Calibration Certificates, Calibration Control Chart and Update Inventory Record.
The client portal provides a full client inventory showing the tool reference, description, location and calibration expiry dates. There is also a log of all historic calibration visits, an inventory update report and a full history for all tools on your current inventory.
This service provides secure access to calibration records for Service Managers on site and Quality Managers, Auditors, Purchasing, Accounts and Operational Staff at different locations.
The free of charge service is accessed via a client login which requires a unique Client ID (generated by Caltec), a nominated client email address, and your chosen password.
